Design Thinking introduces a human-centered approach to solving challenging problems that is accessible to all. It gives us the courage to tackle some of the challenges we face in our daily work.

It is a human-centered approach to problem solving that explores the “unknown terrain” using some design principles to uncover and create alternatives leading to innovation. The premise of Design Thinking is that: If we approached problems in the same way designers approach design, we can find better solutions.

This 2-day training introduces the key concepts of Design Thinking to participants and empowers them with simple steps in Design Thinking process that they can apply to any challenge they face in their working environment.

At the end of the course, the participants will:

Course Details

  • FEES: N300,000 per participant.
  • MODE OF DELIVERY: Most of the learning will be done by working on a specific case using different tools. Participants will be challenged to work in small teams on real cases using design thinking tools like Personas, Customer Journey Mapping, Prototyping, Stakeholder Mapping, Value Network Mapping and much more. Moreover, a focus of this program will be on exploring the questions of how to integrate these tools bank wide and how to create buy-in within the organization and with your sponsors.
