I have been facilitating for Skillbase for over 10 months now and to be honest, it has been a wonderful experience. Facilitating for Skillbase has enhanced my confidence, sharpened my presentation skills, expanded my knowledge base by engaging with diverse participants, sharpened my teaching skills and boosted my ability to engage people at a higher level. If I were to rate my experience, I would say 9/10.

In terms of how long, I have been facilitating for 2 years. Facilitating for Skillbase has impacted my personality and skills in terms of facilitating training. For me, it has given me a bit of an opportunity to give clarification and further brighten up some other aspects that are not too clear to our customers and also by extension, has made the job easier for my team. Facilitating has allowed me to put in corrective measures to some areas that the customers may have misunderstood. Given that the sessions are always engaging, I have been privileged to network with several customers and assist them more.

Facilitating has helped me a great deal. There are certain things that I knew but how to communicate them was an entirely different thing. What facilitation did for me was help me do a deep dive into some major concepts and they became easy for me to explain to the audience. It also helps broaden my knowledge of payment concepts and engage participants from different angles, leveraging several case studies and research. In summary, it's been a good experience for me as I enjoy engaging participants.

Facilitating for Skillbase has been really helpful because, with every successful training, my knowledge increases. For every class, the participants differ. The more you teach, the more you learn new ways of engagement, and insight into the participants in a way that enriches your training to evolve every subsequent time. Learning has been a major benefit for me because I get to reflect on what I know, and then add more things that will appeal to the next set of participants within this sector and beyond.
